Matt Cain was drafted as the 25th pick in the first round by the San Francisco Giants in 2002. He made his major league debut in 2005 and has been a part of the Giants' starting rotation ever since. He made the National League All-Star team in 2009, 2011 and 2012 and was a member of the 2010, 2012 and 2014 World Champion Giants. During the 2010 playoff run, he threw 21.1 innings of scoreless baseball. He also started all 3 series clinching games in 2012. Through the 2015 season, Matt has 101 big league wins and a career ERA of 3.56. He has logged more than 1,950 major league innings in his 11 year career. In June 2012, he threw only the 22nd Perfect Game in Major League Baseball history. He was also named the starting pitcher in the 2012 All-Star game in Kansas City.
